Faster Pussycat, Kill! Kill!

Has anybody seen this movie? I have, and i liked it. If you enjoy all elements of a classic b-movie then you will as well.
In 2012 there will come out a remake of this piece of awesomeness, but i can't find who is gonna direct it. Anybody know more about this?

    Bwah, I dunno who is going to direct it, but... If the Mayans were correct, we're all going to be dead in 2012 anyway 8D ... Haha. However, I don't think QT should be touching this one. That clip was too classic - the raw authenticity of it is something we can't find anywhere these days.
